Hi,
Just wanted to say that I managed to fix this.
For anyone else that wants to do the same, FTP into your site
Locate the plugins folder (under wp-content)
Rename the Jetpack folder to something like _jetpack
Go back to your webpage, refresh and now login, it should work, once your back at your WP dashboard, update your jetpack plugin.
