Are the WooCommerce email not being sent?
Which logs are you referring to(Post SMTP email logs or Email server logs)?
Are the Post SMTP test mails going through and logging(both in Post SMTP logs & Email server logs)?
If the issue you are experiencing is site specific we would suggest you to open a?support ticket?with us and we can have this issue resolved for you.

Thank you so much for sharing the screenshots. We have analyzed them and we suspect the issue to be with incorrect “From address”. We would suggest you to contact the Support of your Domain. Additionally do let us know if the from address for failed and success mails are same?

Thank you so much for getting in touch. We want to let you know that when integrating with the Google Workspace API for sending emails, the daily sending limit is generally 2,000 recipients per day for most Google Workspace accounts.
In Post SMTP, emails sent after reaching the limit will fail. These failures should be logged in the Post SMTP plugin logs, with relevant error messages indicating the reason for the failure, such as “Quota exceeded” or something similar.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We wanted to update you on the recent improvements to our plugin. Previously, our plugin was syncing non-zero values after the decimal point but not the zero values. In response to the feedback, we’ve made the necessary adjustments, and the plugin now successfully syncs zero values as well. These changes will be included in our upcoming sprints.
Regarding the other issue you reported, where prices were not appearing on the site, we’ve thoroughly investigated and can confirm that this is not caused by our plugin. Instead, it appears to be due to a conflict with another plugin or theme. Our plugin is functioning as expected, syncing products and their details smoothly. We’ve shared a screencast video in your support ticket to demonstrate this.
We’ve provided detailed responses in the support ticket, including the resolution for the syncing issue.

We would like to inform you that Post SMTP offers two mailer options: PostSMTP and PHPMailer.
- For the PostSMTP mailer, you can attach files using a filter. Please refer to this link for more details.
- For PHPMailer, you can send attachments using the code you provided.
By selecting the appropriate mailer and applying the corresponding methods, you should be able to achieve the functionality you need.
