We are pleased to inform you that your issue has been resolved as per your support ticket. We are glad to hear that Post SMTP is now working smoothly.
It appears that the initial configuration used the “Other SMTP” option, which caused the error message. To configure Post SMTP with Gmail, please ensure you use the Gmail API and select the Gmail socket. For detailed, step-by-step instructions, please refer to our documentation.

Thanks for the providing the screen shot. If you are not using any external mail service the delay will exist however you can resolve this issue using Flexible Quota Scheduling which is a feature in our pro version. Flexible Quota Scheduling can indeed help mitigate issue related to delays in email delivery, especially when sending a large number of emails.

From you diagnostic test report we can see you are using your own domain to send mails we would recommend you to use any socket, for example Gmail, Brevo or any other and do share your feedback.
