I downgraded the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin and it worked.

I just logged a ticket with WP Swings –

We are using the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin along with the WooCommerce Subscriptions PRO plugin. Yesterday our payments stopped working on the site. We are getting an error message (see attached) even when someone is not buying a subscription product. I have tried a different payment gateway to confirm it is not Stripe, and that one worked. I then found the link below, indicating that I’m not the only one facing this.

When I disable the WooCommerce Subscriptions PRO plugin I am able to make the purchase of a non-subscription product, but when enabled I cannot. This is a production issue. Something is going on with a conflict between the two plugins.

I’ll update this when I hear back.

I’m having the same issue with the same Subscriptions by WP Swings plugin. @alesboem, did you reach out to Subscriptions by WP Swings support? If not I’m going to as this is a big problem.

I was able to get it to work by having the Customer role have the following:

• Read
• Edit Posts
• Upload Files
• campaign_form_submit

I have the same issue. It used to work but it is no longer working.

I’m also having this issue. Has there been a resolution?
