I worked this out for myself. It’s a pity the support here doesn’t help!
Taking my cue from another thread on another plugin with a similar error, I changed line 54 to read:

It’s not about the money, it’s about the underhand way in which various bits and pieces were added on to the original price.
If I were you, I would move to a less dishonest looking money processing system.

I am not saying I did not know the final fee. I am saying that you have a cheap way of getting more money from your customers who need your product and it does not reflect well on your company.
PS I don’t want a full refund, just the $5 difference between the advertised price of $13 and your shakedown price of $18…

I have never ever seen PayPal customers charged more. Your customers are being ripped off; shaken down in other words. It makes you look cheap and petty.
I like the product and I need it for a site. I don’t like the way you kept adding on extra fees during the process.
Like I said, I would have paid $18 for this happily; I don’t like the way you offer it for $13 and then pile a load of extras on.
Be honest at least.

Ok, so I managed the update but the site is showing usernames/nicknames instead of the names that were in DISPLAY NAMES.
How do I copy ALL the DISPLAY NAMES over to the NICKNAME field? But… not those who have already updated their NICKNAME.
There are several thousand on the site so I can’t do it by hand so how do I do it?
Did you send out a note to all users about this? It is a HUGE problem for me with no warning! You should have told us.
I sent a ticket yesterday. This is the second time your ticket system has not worked as I received no notification of the ticket having been sent and neither did you. I expect I’m not the only one with this problem.
