    Had the same problem. I found a solution of sorts today. After installing the Pixel Helper Google Chrome plugin, I noticed that my Pixel was active and tracking correctly on the main page, landing page, and product page, but not on the shopping cart page. In my case, the plugin I was using for the shopping cart/checkout process (Funnel Kit) was not properly configured for the Meta Pixel. I still can’t finish the dialog mentioned in my initial description but at least basic tracking seems to work now.

    Since your issue is so similar to mine, I recommend checking if your shopping cart pages have been modified in any way and if you can add and test events on them and the pixel is working on them. Look for changes caused by plugins, snippets, themes, or anything else that alters the basic shopping cart/checkout page or process. I hope you’ll be able to fix your problem soon.

    I’ve been having the same problem, but haven’t been able to find a solution that works for me so far, have you?
    One thing you can try if not:
    Marketing -> Facebook -> Connections -> Manage Connections (Link to Meta) ->Activate more options -> Complete the setup
