This is not an issue, my shortcode wasn’t working.

I purchased the Save Progress Add-on and it fixed my issue! Thanks Ninjaforms team you guys are a life saver!

I suggest deleting the plugin and reinstalling it. I’m seeing correct IP Addresses

I was able to find a work around.

1. FTP to your website
2. Delete the webdocs directory
1. Download the plugin from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wedocs/
2. Unzip the plugin on your commputer
3. Upload the wedocs directory to /wp-content/plugins/wedocs
4. Login to your WP Admin
5. Activate the plugin and it works!

This issue might be related to you having an ad blocker plugin installed on your browser. If you do disable it, there is a know issue with the font awesome icons that makes ad blockers block the images see https://issues.adblockplus.org/ticket/514

Just so everyone knows if you don’t see your social media icons it’s because you have the Adblock plus extension installed. You’ll need to disabled it for your respective site! See the bug reported to ABP here https://issues.adblockplus.org/ticket/514

Ah what’s doing this is the CSS word-break property. To fix this you’ll need to edit your style.css file and go to around line 570 and look for word-break: break-all

.entry p {
    -moz-hyphens: auto;
    margin: 8px 0;
    word-break: break-all;

change the word-break properties value from break all to keep-all;

So you’ll have

.entry p {
    -moz-hyphens: auto;
    margin: 8px 0;
    word-break: keep-all;

Done!

I discovered the problem. I was being redirect to the membership page because I wasn’t a member, lol. Simply signing up for the membership fixed the redirect issue. This isn’t the expect behavior however since I’m a Administrator.

I suggest Paid Memberships Pro should automatically grant any users in the Administrative role access to all membership levels.
