Hi, I’ve taken another look at the site and it still appears that the server’s cURL configuration is the issue.

As noted in SLB’s Requirements documentation, you may need to escalate your support request at your hosting provider for someone who knows what to look for to correct the issue. There is unfortunately nothing that can be done on SLB’s end if the cURL configuration is not set up as needed.

Hi, the issue appears to be related to your site’s server settings. See SLB’s Requirements documentation for more details on necessary server settings, specifically in regards to the server’s cURL configuration.

When this particular issue occurs, it is often due to moving to a different server/webhost with different settings, or when your site’s existing hosting provider changes a setting that affects cURL configuration. This also explains why the issue usually occurs out of the blue and without warning.

As such, contacting your hosting provider is recommended to resolve this issue. I am marking this post as “resolved” for the moment as there is nothing that can be done from SLB’s end. If you are still experiencing an issue after your hosting provider makes the necessary changes, please provide details regarding the issue provided by the host and I would be glad to take another look at this issue.

Hi, you can link directly to a specific position in a page by using an element’s ID (tutorial).

However, SLB requires a link on the page to be clicked for the lightbox to be displayed.

Hi, see the tutorial on SLB’s theme anatomy for all the properties required to register a theme.

If a parent theme is not specified, then all other properties are required.

Hi, the plugin supports posts, pages, custom post types, etc.

Note that the redact button is currently only available in the Classic editor. However, you can redact text in any block by wrapping it with [redact] and [/redact].

Also note that content is redacted for non-logged-in visitors, so you will not see any inline or automatic redactions if you are logged-in to your site. Opening the post/page with redacted content in a private/incognito window is recommended to view the site as non-logged-in visitor.

Hi, this plugin is specifically for preserving the privacy of content for non-authorized users. Showing redacted content is not supported.

Hi, the Development tab provides multiple options for viewing a plugin’s changes, including the changelog, a development log, and even browsing the code directly.

Generally, WordPress is good about notifying you if your plugins are outdated. However, if you are unsure whether you have the latest version installed, deleting and reinstalling the plugin is recommended.
