they were already using the calendar. That works very well. It was the ticket part that gave me errors.
here is the live site news and events page. I think because the plugin was uninstalled on the test site it did some weird things:
Thanks. sorry thats my test site. The live site looks ok. thanks so much for taking the time. That was very nice of you. The live site is flao.org. The test site is just in a directory. Usually use a subdomain, but here just the “test” directory.

In reply to: [My Tickets - Accessible Event Ticketing] My Tickets – purchase after eventSo these are virtual zoom events that are recorded. You can attend the actual event, but if you miss it, it will be archived and you can pay $25.00 to watch it at a later date.Once you pay, you have 10 days access to the event. It will likely be posted on youtube as an unlisted event. Is that possible?
Hey there. Thanks for your help.I read of others having issues as well both before and recently. I will have a look at the errors. They are jquery related.
Thanks for this, but I have uninstalled. I was concerned that it wasn’t working. I feel it needs to be reliable.
Just PayPal. I understood PayPal was available in the free version. My client has a Paypal account and the connection initially didn’t work, but did after a few tries.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Plugin adds meta data to cartVery helpful, but can one access this while items are in the cart or only after the order is complete? I ask because I am trying to ensure the customer adds the item to the cart correctly before proceeding. Was going to make sure the metadata is in the cart.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] not working on certain browsersHi again,
Further update: I am pretty sure it is the length of the product name that caused the Paypal window to close. I tested this. But there was no error message about it in the log. there is a 127 character limit for the product name (I checked it) and this year’s product names are longer because they are kits comprised of several plants. We added all the plant names. It would be great if you add error handling for this.
I would be happy to revise my review and use this plugin. Can you update the plugin though?
Thanks,

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] not working on certain browsersHi there,
fyi – the plugin has not been tested on the latest version of wordpress. That also is a problem. Are you going to be updating it soon?

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] not working on certain browsersthank you for your reply and desire to fix this. As this is a public site, I am uncomfortable putting this information online.
Having said that I am sure that it might have to do with the plugin incorrectly sensing popup blocker as turned on. I tried another plugin (which was actually working) and turned on the popup blocker on chrome and it did exactly the same thing – window appeared briefly and they quickly vanished. Problem with your plugin was that it was doing this even though the popup blocker was turned off (I kept testing by turning on and off). It did work on Firefox but not on Safari or Chrome. Also, it might have to do with customization to the checkout page. Regardless, other apps are working.

In reply to: [Change Quantity on Checkout for WooCommerce] red “x” – remove wasn’t workingOk. I changed the plugin name so the updates don’t overwrite. I guess it is possible that some of my code conflicts. I can try it on a new install of wordpress with a standard wordpress theme and woocommerce and let you know if it really is a problem.
Take care and thanks again for a helpful plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Adding Variable Product to cartHi there,
Thanks again. I have done a lot of customization so no doubt something I have done, but have removed event listeners (as there is a lot of jQuery ajax coding) and revisions to templates.
Here is the page. If you scroll down to “Please select one of the following:” and select a membership option from the pulldown menu, you can view the problem in the cart by hovering over the green button on the top navigation bar.
I am grateful for any assistance or ideas. I don’t expect you do debug. Just thought it might be easier if you saw the problem.
