Did You changed Your domain name or server only?
If you changed only server, verify that all files ARE UPLOADED well, and put file permissions for cache folders to writable.
If You changed Your domain name, try to export Your new database to a file, and search for old domain name, to be sure that there is no such string. All should be replaced with new domain name.
