Yes that’s correct!, I have also the same settings for the wall style gallery.
Only one additional comment. If you wish to make full width gallery then make sure that you don’t have defined any extra spacing on the left and right side of the gallery.
I had few CSS styles in wordpress theme which add 10 pixels on the sides and it was a long fight with gallery settings till I find this styles conflict in theme of my blog.
