It seems you had added a customer in CRM section and that is why you are not getting those customer during creating an invoice.
To get CRM customer in Accounting you have to turn on the auto-import section from
WP ERP > Settings > Accounting

Also you can import customer manually from
WP ERP > Accounting > Users > Customer
