When looking at the source of your website, I see:

<a href="https://##############" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Flickr</a>

When testing, it opens in a new window. So I don’t experience the problem.

Oh, and if there are any feature requests, please put them on the WPA SEO Auto Linker support forum. I have some thing in mind as well.
