Okay, I went back to the default permalinks and the form works. So, anyone know how to fix that so it works on the other settings?

That didn’t work for me…still searching for an answer. Like the idea of someone posting a step by step.

I have a similar issue and tested it on my test site. The comments work if the URL is:

https://www.blogname.COM but not if it reads https://www.blogname.com/WP-BLOG-EXTENSION

Any ideas?

I had a similar problem and it was the configuration of the theme. I have that working but the problem seems to be that the blog is not loaded on the index page but on a /blog extension.

On the test site it works on the blogname.com so just wondering if the extension blogname.com/blogextensionname is the problem.

I tested the comment box on the https://www.blogname.com on the test site but it does not work as currently configured https://www.blogname.com/blogextension

Any ideas on how to reconfigure this?

Wow, am I ever glad I found this thread. I thought upgrading caused the glitch on the comments.

I am using the same theme (with hacks) and cannot get the comment forms to work.

The redirect is to a 404 error page and no comment gets queued.

I’d also like to change the comment form to include email address.

I am having similar trouble. I get a blank page when I click into the category dashboard.

This worked on my test site before launch and I wonder if the issue stemmed from importing posts with labels from blogger.

Is there a work around?
