Yes, I did set up the mail as following:
To: contact@domain.com
From: [name] <[email]>
Subject: Contact request / Contact Us page form
When the email is received after the form is submitted, the sender email looks like this:
From: name=domain.com@wpengine.com [mailto:name=domain.com@wpengine.com] On Behalf Of Name
