Hi – I have appeared to fix the issue myself. Also, I do not use Elementor the theme I installed uses WP Bakery.

However, something else that has come to my attention is the new them panel that has been announced by OceanWP. My plugin and theme sections are asking me to update this but there doesn’t appear to be any updates. I’ve also noticed that a lot of the OceanWP plugins I have as part of the them are 1.0 versions when 2.0 versions are available. Not quite sure why this is or if the them is just lacking the updates.

This warning is also now appearing – Warning: Use of undefined constant OCEANWP_THEME_VERSION – assumed ‘OCEANWP_THEME_VERSION’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/customer/www/thorncarpentry.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ocean-extra/ocean-extra.php on line 647

Any help on understanding what OceanWP are doing would be great!

Unfortunately, it doesn’t always as it is not suggested as a recommended plugin in the documentation I received with the theme download nor was it part of the plugins that came with the theme download.

I can’t seem to find the issue. The payment for support has ended on my purchase so I cannot submit a ticket and I will not pay for it again as this appears to be a theme issue. The theme creators said they are looking into this for me but it’s been weeks now so I’m not very hopeful!

Thank you for the instructions but Ocen Extra is not a plugin I have installed. It wasn’t part of the theme when I purchased it and no where in the documentation does it recommend downloading it

Hi @abhikr781 – I am not using elementor this theme is built with visual composer but seems to have switched WP Bakery. I’m not able to paste a screenshot of where I am seeing it

Hi – this did not work for me.

I am trying to change the colour of my heart icon outline and also when it is selected to add to the wishlist. I’m using Select theme – Níle

Any help would be much appreciated

Just to update you.

I reactivated the plugin to check if the issue occurred again. It has not shut down the website so it may have been another plugin update that effected how your’s was working. Which plugin in that is I am not sure.

I went back to my hosting provider and they confirmed that curl is installed on their server. I’m not sure where to go from here.

I’ll see if this makes a difference if not I will need to use a different plugin which is a shame I quite like this one.

The issue is no longer appearing. It was definitely a theme issue as it appeared on a friends website also with the same theme and nothing to do with Jetpack.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I have deactivated the plugin now so this is no longer showing. What I copied and pasted is all of the text that displayed when the error appeared. It happened as I tried to access my website through WordPress and when I check from mobile the website was showing the message I copied to you for the end user. There was no plain English message just what you see from the text I copied.

I didn’t even notice that it wasn’t there any longer when I took the screenshot. I’m not sure what happened but it seems to have rectified itself. It must have been an error in one of the plugins. A few of them have updated over the past week.

How do I upload a screenshot?

That is so strange that you cannot see what I am seeing. It comes up for all the pages when I go in to check.
