I can’t remember exactly, but try this.

WordPress Backend > Settings > Postman SMTP > Look for a check box that allows OAuth 2.0 authentication.

Something along the lines of that. Once i checked that box it worked for me. Can’t seem to find the checkbox anymore.

Yes, you can add CSS to your themes style-sheet to accomplish this. I think appearance is something that should be taken care of inside of your theme files and that is.
