Unfortunately the plugin doesn’t know about that, I will check if I can include some compatibility function.

Thats a known issue in Google Webmaster Tools. Every time Google is notified about a change in the sitemap, it temporarily sets the indexed pages to 0 until the sitemap was fetched again.

Please note that this is only a display issue in GWT, of course your URLs are NOT removed from the Google index.

It should not happen, the SQL query clearly asks for status = publish so it can’t include any unpublished posts. Are you using a special plugin for this functionality?

Did you move your blog to a new URL recently? Also do you always use one domain for your blog (www.blog.com but not https://blog.com)?

Mhh, the timestamps are fetched from the wp_post table. Do you maybe have a plugin which was doing some batch operations on all posts?

Can you try to change your caching mode to APC or Disk Basic instead of Disk Enhanced?

the sitemap is freshly generated on every request, so it will always be the same result. The last modified date should be the date when you have edited the post the last time.

Yes, you enter the IDs of that pages into the “exclude posts” field.
