    I know it’s an old question and you might have already worked your way around but I also recently faced a similar issue.

    Try deactivating all the plugins and check. It worked for me!

    You can activate the plugins one by one and see which one is interfering with the header slider. For me it was some custom java script I wrote for my previous theme.

    @ravikumar1986ravi Dear Ravi, please read carfully. I have already been though all the threads on the said topic.

    None of the mentioned solutions seems to be working for me. So yeah this is still open for me.

    Step 1 – Tried to change permission (Doesn’t help)
    Step 2 – None of the plugins are activated (so this isn’t helping either)
    Step 3 – IIS Directory, I am using a hostgator linux hosting tried with them as well GD library perfectly in place, they did a server refresh as well that didn’t help as well

    Would appreciate any inputs!
