All you must to do is create a folder named “ai1wm-backups” in wp-content, giving it write and read privileges. And try exporting again.

This worked for me.

I tried and, in fact, this makes the newsletter’s changes are saved. ??

But some styles (such as post titles or added text) still don’t work and newsletter is not sent as pretty as shown in admin.

I think it will be helpful to say that when I clic on Newsletters “Preview” the following message appears in a new window above newsletters bronken configuration:

“Warning: preg_replace(): Delimiter must not be alphanumeric or backslash in /usr/home/mywebname.com/wp-content/plugins/wysija-newsletters/helpers/wj_engine.php on line 1514”
