Please download the Dev version plugin from here and install it on your site. After that please reconnect your Social Profile/Page and then retry. Hope your issue will be fixed.

It looks like you are referring to the Document Block plugin. Please note that we are not actively developing this plugin, and the last update was released two years ago.
Instead of using the Document Block plugin, we recommend switching to our EmbedPress plugin and utilizing the EmbedPress Document feature. This will provide you with more options for embedding documents, and you should not encounter any issues.
