Hi @deanegonzalez,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I just checked your site, it seems really very strange. Can you please check and ensure that you have disabled the Mobile Visibility option from the notification settings?
To check this, please edit your create notification and navigate to Customize > Appearance > Mobile Visibility. If this option is checkmarked, please uncheck this field (https://d.pr/i/Xfup6R) and update the settings. After that, please check once. Hope your issue will be fixed.
Meanwhile, while checking your site, I’m getting some console errors coming from Revolution Slider. Please check this screenshot. Please check this as well from your end.
Let us know the update. Thanks!
Hi @mdghion,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with SchedulePress.
I just checked your shared details. It seems really very strange and this is an unusual issue. We tried on our end and we can’t replicate the issue. On our every scheduling, posts are shared only a single time. I’m requesting you to check some other posts, whether you are getting the same issue or not.
Before checking, you can set how often you want to share a post on social media. For that, please navigate to SchedulePress > Settings > Social Templates > Twitter and here you will get an option named How often to share a post. Please set one as a value here, then your post will not be shared more than one time on Twitter/X.
After making changes from settings (as mentioned above), please check from your end. Let us know the update.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks!
Hi @1wweb,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I just checked by adding a PDF file as an attachment. I found the PDF file shared as an attachment to the customer. You can check this screenshot. You can try once from your end as well. Let us know if you are facing any issues.
And for the attachment PDF preview on the Editor Panel, I found this issue. I am checking this issue with our Dev Team and hopefully, we will fix this as soon as possible. We will inform you, don’t worry.
Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback with us. We’re constantly working to improve our plugin and make it better for our users. If you have any feature requests or additional suggestions, please feel free to share them with us here. We’ll gladly review them and aim to implement those in future updates.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
Thanks!

Hi @tomislo
Hope you are doing well.
Sorry to inform you that, we didn’t have the source maps on GitHub as well. But you will get the full code from GitHub. And you will get the source code for the general.min.js file from here:
https://github.com/WPDevelopers/essential-addons-for-elementor-lite/blob/master/src/js/view/general.js
Hope this will help you. Let us know if you need any other help.

Hope you are doing well. I just checked your shared issue.
From your shared error message I am assuming that this may caused for the Font supported/loading related issue. And using the PDF file on your shared URL we tried on our end and found the issue.
We already forwarded this issue to our Dev Team. They are working on this. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please allow us time.
Thanks!

Hi @davisphan,
From this shared error message, it seems your Pinterest App have a trial access. With the Trial access, you can’t create any posts on Pinterest. Your created App should have Standard Access. So you need to upgrade your Pinterest App.
Meanwhile, before approving the Stander Access on your created App, you can connect your Pinterest account from here and share your posts easily.
Hope you understand. Let us know if you have any other queries.
Thanks!
Hi @davisphan,
Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Mistakenly I wrote Twitter instead of Pinterest. Actually, the error message you shared for Pinterest
Pinterest error (code: 401) with message: Authentication failed
this means there is a connectivity issue between Pinterest and SchedulePress.I’m assuming that your Pinterest account connection has expired. In this case, I request you remove your connected Pinterest account from SchedulePress > Settings > Social Profile, and after removing save the settings. After that, please reconnect your account and retry once.
Hope you will not face the same issue again. If you are still facing the same issue, you can reach us here. We will gladly help you fix it quickly, don’t worry.
Thanks!
