Hi there,
I’m afraid that compressing multiple tickets to a single .zip file is not supported by Tickera.
You can, however, check a solution here which will allow you to include QR code to the content of the table of purchased tickets and essentially eliminate the need to download tickets.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] PDF DownloadHi there,
Tickera does not store tickets as physical files anywhere. Instead, tickets are being rendered at the moment Download button is clicked.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Group tickets in a single pdfI’m afraid there is currently no possibility to merge multiple ticket instances in a single PDF file.
Tickera always renders each ticket as a separate instance and this cannot be changed in any way for now.
Hi there,
From what you have described, the issue is related to the Seating Charts add-on which is a premium add-on and is not directly related to the free version of Tickera.
If my assumption is correct, please contact us via our contact page and our support agents will help you resolve this.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Speaker description being cut offGiven that the Speakers add-on is a premium one and that the issue is not related to the free version of Tickera, I’d suggest you contact us via our contact page.
The last update of Tickera core plugin was a huge one.
This, unfortunately, affected the update process of the add-ons and the only way to update the add-ons was to manually deactivate and remove them and then download the latest versions from your account and install them.
However, all the further updates will continue working as expected and you will be able to update them from within the Plugins area of your website.
Given that Nridge for WooCommerce is a premium add-on and this issue is not related to the free version of Tickera, please contact us via our contact page here.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Plugin ClosureHi there,
The reason why Tickera was delisted from WordPress plugin repository is rather a problem in communication between us and representatives of WordPress. In the meantime, it was brought to our attention that there are some things we need to address in regards to compliance with WordPress plugin requirements and our developers are working on that now. However, none of these things affect the security of the plugin whatsoever so we can confirm that it is safe to use.
Of course, the updated version, fully compliant with WordPress plugin requirements will become available as soon as Tickera is re-listed in the plugin repository.Hi there,
Can you please try connecting to your website via FTP and deleting tickera folder from the /wp-content/plugins/ folder and then try reinstalling again?
If it fails or your website becomes unresponsive, please try adding define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); to the wp-config.php file on your website and let us know if there are any errors displayed after debugging is enabled. In any case, let us know about the outcome.
Thanks.
Hi there,
We weren’t able to replicate this issue on our end. Can you please let us know whether you were able to resolve this issue in the meantime?
Thanks.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Functionality requirementsHi there and thank you for your inquiry.
The list of features you have mentioned is basically a description of how Tickera works. So, the short answer to your question is Yes, Tickera would be quite suitable for your needs. One thing to bear in mind is that integration of PayPal and other payment methods is possible only with the premium version of Tickera. Also, exporting of the attendee lists will require our CSV Export add-on. Therefore, I recommend you to take a look at our Bundle license which includes both the premium version of Tickera as well as all of our add-ons.
However, prior to committing to purchase a license, we recommend you request access to our fully featured, fully functional playground version of Tickera so you can test it out and see how everything works first hand.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Elementor Builder dynamic shortcodeHi there,
If you’re want to display table with existing ticket types that also contains add to cart buttons and you want to display it in the content of the event page, you can simply place [tc_event] shortcode in the content of the event. This shortcode will then pull the ID of the event and will display a table with all the ticket types associated with this event.
Hope this helps a bit.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Almost PerfectThank you so much for your kind words and especially for the recommendations regarding documentation and video tutorials. Although we’re doing our best to explain everything in our documentation and videos, we fully agree that there is still a lot to be done in that field and we’ll continue updating documentation and making new tutorial videos.
Cheers!
