In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Time format missingHi there,
Tickera pulls date and time format from the general settings on your website and uses that format wherever it displays date and time on the front end and on the tickets. So, in order to change the date and time format, you should navigate to the General Settings of your website and pick the date and time format that fits your needs.
The only exception is the date selector in the back end when creating new or editing existing event where you’re setting start and end date and time. However, although this date and time format is not the same as you have set in the general settings, it will be formatted properly on the front end.
Hope this helps a bit. ?We’re sorry to learn this.
However, we weren’t able to replicate this on our end so we would suggest you contact us via our contact page so we can arrange more in-depth troubleshooting.Hope to get back from you soon.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] selection quantity of ticketsHi there,
From what we can gather, it appears that you’re using our solution found here in which case I’m afraid there is no possibility to affect the number in quantity selector. However, quantity selectors are now supported directly by Bridge for WooCommerce so you can deactivate that add-on if you’re running the latest version of Bridge for WooCommerce.
If, however, none of this is the case, please submit a support ticket to tickera.freshdesk.com so we can troubleshoot this further as this is not directly related to the free version of Tickera but rather to the premium Bridge for WooCommerce add-on.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Show column in table of Orders pageWhen Tickera is being used alongside WooCommerce via Bridge for WooCommerce add-on, Tickera itself is not creating orders but instead WooCommerce does. Therefore, Tickera does not have any order numbers in this case as only WooCommerce’s order numbers are used so we’re a bit confused by your request.
Are you perhaps referring to ticket codes rather than order numbers?
Please clarify.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Divi + Tickera + Checkout page issuesHi there,
It appears that you’re currently using WooCommerce blocks on the checkout and cart pages.
Can you please try using WooCommerce shortcodes instead? Namely, you should use [woocommerce_cart] for the cart page and [wooommerce_checkout] on the checkout page.
This is only a temporary solution until our developers make Tickera work properly with WooCommerce blocks which should happen rather soon as they are already looking into this.
Please let us know if that helped.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] I WANT MY ORDER TO SMSFor this to work, your local SMS service should have integration with Tickera. However, at the moment, Tickera only supports sending SMS via Twilio service and doesn’t have integration with any other SMS service provider. Also, TICKET_URL placeholder does not exist anywhere in Tickera so I’m not sure where exactly you found this.
