In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Bad Refund PolicityHi there,
We offer and encourage all of our potential customers to request access to our fully featured, fully functional playground version of Tickera so they can test it out and see how each and every feature of the premium version of Tickera works in first hand experience so they can decide whether Tickera fits their needs or not.
We do not have any time limitation imposed on this and every customer can test the premium version of Tickera on the playground website as much as they want.Furthermore, I believe we may agree that events have the “expiration date” and it happened before that customers purchased the license, had their event and then asked for a refund after they have finished their event. Now, I’m not implying in any way that this was your intention at all but rather as a reason why we’re not offering a refund for more than 7 days from the original purchase of the premium license.
Hope this clarifies things a bit.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Reserve price for payment gateways?Hi there,
Tickera itself does not support this functionality.
However, Tickera has a seamless integration with WooCommerce via our Bridge for WooCommerce add-on which, essentially, allows you to create and sell Tickera tickets like any other WooCommerce product.
With this, you can then utilize plugins such as this one to enable or disable certain payment gateways you have set up in WooCommerce based on the cart contents.Hope this helps at least a bit.
Hi there,
There’s currently no possibility to automatically list all the pages that contain restricted content to which a customer has access to by purchasing a specific WooCommerce product. The only way would be to manually create a list with those pages to which you can, say, redirect a customer after they have logged in.
Hope this helps at least a bit.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] DO NOT BUY THE PRO!!!!!!Hi there,
Our Terms and Conditions are publicly visible on our website and are not something that we’re “hiding” in any way. We are also offering each and every potential customer to request access to our fully featured, fully functional playground version of Tickera so they can check and see how all the premium features work in a first hand experience. What’s more, we’re suggesting that right in our Terms and Conditions. Additionally, our customer service is always available and more than willing to answer any questions our potential customers may have prior committing to purchase their premium license. Once the customer purchases their license, our support team is available and will do their best to help you out regarding any questions you may have or potential issues you may encounter and will often go above and beyond to help our customers (you can see many testimonials on this very website that confirm this claim).
So, yes, our terms and conditions are indeed strict. However, at the same they’re fair for all the reasons stated above.
Of course, we’re still willing to help you out answering any questions or resolving any issues you may have with Tickera but given that you are a premium user, please reach our support team by submitting a support ticket through your Tickera account.
Hi there,
As we have explained in the email that we have sent you directly, our refund policy is strict but fair. We are offering all of our potential customers to test all of the premium features of Tickera on our playground website so they can see how everything works first hand before committing to purchase the premium license. Also, we’re always more than willing to answer any pre-sale questions so that potential customer can make informed decision to purchase the license and to be sure that Tickera is exactly what they need.
Once the customer purchases premium license of Tickera, our support agents are always willing to help and guide the customer through the set up and help if any issues occur. I believe that other ratings on this very forum are the best testimony to our efforts to help our customers the best we can.Still, as an act of goodwill, we have issued a refund for your purchase albeit it being against our refund policy so, please consider correcting this rating.
Hi Steven and thank you for the heads up for this.
We will be looking into this soon. Can you please just let us know what plugin have you used for notifying subscribers about new posts so we could pinpoint what exactly should we address?
Thanks.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Stripe Connect cannot be configuredHi there,
Given that Stripe Connect is premium add-on, can you please submit a support ticket using your Tickera account so we could troubleshoot this and help you out resolving the issue?
Thanks.Hope to get back from you soon.
Hi there,
If I’m not mistaken, you have also contacted us via email regarding the same thing and where we have then determined that the content of your page is actually embedded to the template and resolved the problem by explaining how to utilize Simple URLs plugin.
Can you please confirm?
Thanks.Hi there,
You have mentioned that you’re using Simple URLs plugin which Restrict has integration with. So, can you please confirm whether you have followed our documentation here https://restrict.io/restricted-content-documentation/simple-urls/ for setting up Simple URLs and have set up content availability for redirect URLs?
Please let us know.
Thanks.Forum: Reviews
In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Review (Edited)Hi there,
The message you have sent us yesterday on Facebook was the first contact we’ve had from you. We’ve checked all of our mailboxes (including spam folders) and checked our support platform for support tickets coming from your account but there weren’t any. So, as soon as you’ve contacted us via Facebook, we’ve replied in the matter of hours and followed up with you through several messages.
However, we still haven’t received any specific details about your issues despite asking you to specify what problems exactly you were having.
Now, given that you’re using premium version of the plugin and, if I understood correctly, one of the issues is related to the license, please submit a support ticket in your Tickera account providing details about this and any other issues you may have and we’ll help you out resolving any problems you might have.On the side note, we have issued you a partial refund today. With that in mind and the fact that we’re more than willing to help you out if you let us, can you please consider changing the rating?
Thanks.Hi there and thanks for your review and your kind words.
We’re always listening closely to the feedback from our users and reviews like this are always valuable to us.
So, we have added this feature to the list of feature requests and our developers will consider adding this to one of the future updates of Restrict.Thank you again for your review.
Cheers!- This reply was modified 4 years, 4 months ago by Igor S..
Hi Sascha and thank you for your kind words.
At the moment, there is no possibility to restrict all the posts of the specific post type. However, I will forward this as a feature request to our developers so they can consider adding this feature to one of the future updates.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

In reply to: [Tickera - WordPress Event Ticketing] Time slots on multiple daysHi there,
Your assumption is basically correct: so, you would need to create a separate ticket type for each of the available time slots and set check-in availability for each to match the occurrence they represent. That way, by purchasing a specific ticket type, a customer will be effectively selecting the time slot and also they will be able to check in with their ticket only within the set time for the tiket check-in availability.
Hope this helps a bit.
Hi there,
Restricted Content plugin can only restrict the content of the post or page (as the name suggests). However, it is currently not possible to hide the title of the page or post.
Still, I will forward this to our developers so they can check if this can be implemented in one of the future updates of the plugin.Kind regards
