I just managed to reproduce it on another site. This problem appears when YOAST Seo and another plugin https://ru.www.ads-software.com/plugins/event-calendar-wd/ are both activated. Please, try to install this plugin and test the problem.

I already did it: set default theme and turned off every plugin. And this problem appears only if I activate All In One WP Security & Firewall plugin.

Options that revert back to english:
When I paste the image, strings
– Drag an image, upload a new one or select a file from your library.
– Upload
– Media Library
– Insert from URL
Adding new block, strings:
– Most used
– Reusable
Block menu:
– More rich text controls button
– More options button: Duplicate, Insert Before, Insert After, Edit as HTML, Add to Reusable Block, Remove block

I use standard settings of the plugin, I only activated authorization blocking and a basic firewall.
