I am trying. I just have FTP acess because admin panel is not accessible, how can I reset plugins using FTP?

Thanks for replying. I have installed wordpress on the following urls

For first there was coming 500-internal server error then I put following lines define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); @ini_set(‘display_errors’, 1); in wp-config.php and Now it shows an error “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘*’ in /wp2/wp-settings.php on line 376”.
And for the second url its working fine but when I login to its admin, it show blank page. Can you please help?
