Could this have anything to do with so many errors:

No character encoding information was found within the document, either in an HTML meta element or an XML declaration. It is often recommended to declare the character encoding in the document itself, especially if there is a chance that the document will be read from or saved to disk, CD, etc.

I am having the same issue. No modsecurity according to my host. They told me since I am on a windows server modsecurity is a Linux thing. Have you tested the plugin on a windows server hosted site? Any action on fixing this?

Thanks for the reply. Turned out to ba problem with a plugin.

I followed another post that said to change the option_value field of active_plugins row of the option_name field to a:0:{} to disable my plugins. That worked. Then I reactivated all my plugins in wp admin and everything is back in good working order!
