Thank you for your help trouble shooting the problem.
I needed to confirm it was not a wordpress problem before I sent it up the chain.

    I truly appreciate your assistance.

Sorry, I could not see the error and had to wait for someone to finally send a screen shot.
“Explanation: The IP address for the website you requested could not be found.

    Try the following:
Refresh page: Search for the page again by clicking the Refresh button. The timeout may have occurred due to Internet congestion.
Check spelling: Check that you typed the Web page address correctly. The address may have been mistyped.
Access from a link: If there is a link to the page you are looking for, try accessing the page from that link.
If you are still not able to view the requested page, try contacting your administrator or Helpdesk.

    Technical Information (for support personnel)
Error Code 11001: Host not found
Background: This error indicates that the gateway could not find the IP address of the website you are trying to access. This is usually due to a DNS-related error.

Could something have been changed in my server directory file?

I just had a different issue with links and the solution I was given has to do with the server directory file.

This problem only appears to affect government computers.
And only some computers but at multiple sites.
They can get to the site if they add “s” to the address.

I have not made any web hosting or DNS changes, but I do not have those controls. Is that where I should check next?

    Help.

I did not back up my site before I did an upgrade.
Is there anyway to go back to the pervious version.
In this version I can not save or edit any of my content.

    Thanks,

    Help please
