In reply to: [GDPR] GDPR I agree button click without effectHello
For me, the fix was to add the Allow CORS header in my HTACCESS file as it was not able to grab the security token. you can check this in the Console of your browser’s Inspect Element. It might not the be case for you, but it was for me and maybe this will help you.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Yoast OG tags in source but “no implementation found” errorHello
Many thanks for getting back to me. Tanks for the advice. I tried disabling the security plugin entirely, and I updated to the latest version of Yoast (thought I had done because the Update Plugin option was not showing), but have updated the plugin to v7 though FTP. Those changes have been done, and even wiped the cache a few times, however, the OG tags are still not picked up: https://opengraphcheck.com/result.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fartdivision.co.uk%2Fknowledge-bank%2Fuse-emojis-increase-click-throughs-emails-facebook-ads%2F
The tags are all seen in the source:
<meta property="og:locale" content="en_GB" /> <meta property="og:type" content="article" /> <meta property="og:title" content="How to use emojis to increase click-throughs in emails and Facebook ads" /> <meta property="og:description" content="How can you use emojis to increase click-throughs in emails and Facebook ads? In reply to: Thrive Themes Fatal ErrorHi
I seem to be having a fatal error when trying to edit a page on my site with Thrive Architect, but I can’t work out what the problem is. I use a custom theme, and the errors in the log are:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_editor() in /home/sites/5b/0/0158794c50/public_html/wp-content/plugins/thrive-visual-editor/inc/classes/class-tcb-editor.php:271

Do you think the problem is in the theme? Although the errors don’t reference a theme file, only plugin.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

In reply to: [GDPR] GDPR I agree button click without effectHello
I have removed the caching plugin now, or do you mean browser cache? Which means it should work. Does it work for you. Do you know the extension of the script, so I can exclude it from getting cached, if that is what’s causing the problem?
Thanks so much for your help.

In reply to: [GDPR] GDPR I agree button click without effectHello Fernando
Can I ask if you were logged into WordPress (although not the site, but www.ads-software.com) because bizarrely it does work when logged into WordPress, but not if you are not. Can you log out, and try it again? I bet then Accept won’t refresh the page nor disappear.

Hello
I get this problem also, but having read this reply and changed jQuery on the site to v2.0 it still has no effect. The Accept button remains no matter how often you press it. the site is https://www.artdivision.co.uk
Is there a particular version of jQuery this plugin should use?
Many thanks,
Allen

In reply to: [GDPR] GDPR I agree button click without effectHello
Is there any update regarding this as I get it too. I also run WP Supercache but turned that off based on this thread, but sadly that had no effect. But that said, in another thread I read the problem was related the version of jQuery (the WP default is 1.2) which fires the plugin’s all important Ajax script, but having changed jQuery to v2.0 it still has no effect. The Accept button remains no matter how often you press it. I would be very interested to have a response on this from the plugin makers, as this must be a commonly encountered bug with this plugin.

Hello
Many thanks for your help with this. It was the Enable Banned Lists that caused it. Would not have thought to have looked there, I spent all my time going through each option in WordPress and System Tweaks. Is it possible to whitelist the IP of the CDN so I can re-enable the feature?
Thanks again,
