In reply to: [Virtue] Few issuesSee that is what I mean! Hands down, support is fantastic! I went ahead and purchased the Premium and caching enabled, Cart on the TopBar appears to be working with caching enabled. Still have to run some tests, but thanks for your support. Consider this closed!

In reply to: [Virtue] Few issuesWell, as testing continues, we are starting to enable modules too! Next testing was caching. This was the fun part no doubt. We had just disabled the cart on the TopBar due to the fact that caching enabled was jacking up the TopBar cart pricing anyway. I am doubtful that there is a solution for this; however, we have caching disabled for /shop/, /cart/, /products/, so it would be nice to see that you can enable the cart pricing on the TopBar the pages of your choice; however, we have discussed this internally, and from a sales perspective, if a customer notices how much they are spending, they are likely to stop and view the cart. There is no real benefit other than having the ability for the customer to see how much is in their cart. So not a real big issue there. To be honest, the theme is already fast as hell compared to other themes; we have tested many of other themes and hands down, this theme is a rock solid, fast theme without caching anyway, so we have some decisions to make based on how much more content will get introduced.
As far as the https issue is concerned, as it is just a few images, there would be no impact on performance the way I see it if only a few images were accessed via https; so it is not a show stopper for us.
It was more as a nice feature to have versus having the code make the decision for us; to be honest, we would end modifying the code anyway, but then we have have to maintain the changes and track them; seems more appropriate if you folks would consider it if there was a real need for it; my expectation is that a feature should not be added just for one entity, it should benefit others too.I think we are at a point where we are going to make the purchase on the premium and finalize testing; we like the base theme with bootstrap. To be honest, we like the fact that you are very responsive with support on the free theme, so it only makes sense to support the product.
Aloha!
