So, it’s really doubtful this will help anyone but here’s why it wasn’t working for me.

I created a rewrite rule so the voting would be help on a little more subtle url

I am assuming the rewrite rule does not carry over the cookie which is used to validate the captcha or unique id

So when you went to vote the captcha was null and never matched up.

I disabled my rewrite rule for voting and it is now working fine.

I’m having the same issue. It has been working fine on my test server and now it’s giving captcha errors. Tis is happening on every browser at the moment but it’s working after a few attempts. I’m going to do a bit more fiddling if I figure it out I will post my fix here.
