Hi @menathor
Analytify isn’t directly responsible for the tracking. Analytify simply puts the Google Analytics tracking snippet in the website and the tracking itself is handled by Google.
Google Analytics utilizes cookies which is essential for performing tracking functionalities.
Cheers! ?
You can add the following in the fields
App name: Analytify
User support email: Add your own email address
Hi @hiilite
Google Analytics put limits and quotas on API requests to protect the system from receiving more data than it can handle, and to ensure an equitable distribution of the system resources.
The reason Quota Error appears is because We have a default (our own) API keys setup in the plugin which fetches stats from Google Analytics. Google recommends that each user should use their own API keys. Right now, One API key is being used by most of the users and It can give an error sometimes as you got it too. So, to keep it error-free, It is recommended to use your own API keys.
We highly recommend watching this video guide https://analytify.io/custom-api-keys-video or written tutorial https://analytify.io/get-client-id-client-secret-developer-api-key-google-developers-console-application/ and use your own API keys.
The second step is to increase rate limits https://analytify.io/doc/fix-user-rate-limit-exceeded-issue/
After applying those changes all issues will be sorted out.
Cheers!
Hi @guyrintoul
Yes, you are absolutely correct. Advanced settings will apply if you use the “Install Google Analytics tracking code” option.
Cheers!
Hi @scruffy1
1) Are you getting this problem on the email report or on the Analytify dashboard?
Please try changing the date range and then view stats and see if It changes the value.2) Can you provide the screenshot of the issue you are facing here.
Looking forward,
Hi @canadaic
Here is the original source code of the line in latest version of Analytify that you have shared: https://monosnap.com/file/C7pHbFVt1F7hSGt82NcrveANGOept2
As we can see there isn’t any string appearing here which you are getting on your site. I believe the code is somehow altered in your case or some plugin is putting the string there.
If you like we can test it on your website to see what is causing this behavior with Analytify. Please contact us on our support channel: https://analytify.io/support/
Hey,
I am not sure why are you getting the wrong arrow in the email. The screenshots I have shared in my last message are of the email report send with the latest version of Analytify showing correct arrows and colors.
However, we will still look into the issue on different environment if we are able to replicate the same issue. But so far we are not able get this issue anywhere else.
As for the icons, we are aware all icons are not defined as there are too many different devices around and user can be any of them. That is the reason we are showing a default grey icon for not available devices.
The alignment issue is in under work and for broken icons in the email, it will be awesome if you can provide a copy of the email report you have received with distorted icons, that will help us in great resolving your issue.
You can provide email report on our support form: https://analytify.io/support
Cheers ?

Hi @jetxpert
This issue is resolved in the current version.
Hi @1katfitz
You need to re-authenticate to Google account from Analytify.
To re-authenticate:
In your dashboard go to Analytify > Settings > Authentication. Here press “Logout” and then after Authenticate again. If the new profile still doesn’t show up then the possible reason is that you have created Google Analytics 4 profile without UA compatibility.
Here is our detailed compatibility guide: https://analytify.io/doc/how-to-integrate-analytify-with-google-analytics-4-ga4/
Follow this to create UA compatible profile and then re-authenticate.
Let me know if you still face any issues.
Cheers!
