Hi,

If select all items together with item “Include with shipping methods”, the COD disappears.

If without, COD appears, but condition “Enable on specific shipping methods of zones” not working (all delivery methods appear, not those that I chose).

This may be due to https://prntscr.com/kuazhl (WC says that this plagin has not been tested with version 3.4.5)?
