Hi. I’m a beginner here and I’m trying to update my church website. I already update the WP to the newest version (4.6.1) manually and I’m having problems with the plugins that I can’t update bcz the “installation failed”. I don’t get any other error message.
The website is https://scdivinelight.org/scdl/ and I recently found out that the host is a Windows Server, PHP Version 5.4, IIS Version IIS 7.0 (Even though I don’t know what this means, I’ve been researching a lot to figure out how to make the website to look like the church wants to). I’d really appreciate to have some answers for the update process and how a windows server can influence my ability to perform simple tasks. Thanks
