Yes, we mark the spam, in the meantime we have already marked 189 entries.

We are looking at the note with the ad campaign, but the spam should still be blocked, right?

Unfortunately, the mentioned contact form does not work (Safari & Chrome). I get the error message: “There was an error processing your submission. Try refreshing the page or using a different browser.”.

@alexkovalevv We are also interested in a compensation. Over 30 websites were affected by the outage …

Any news on this? We’re experiencing the same problem. We also get no feedback from the support.

Ok, we’ve isolated our problem. It was not related to the WooCommerce Stripe Plugin, but to another plugin called PostSMTP, that was in charge of sending out e-mails via an external SMTP. It caused the memory exhaust in combination with stripe.

We’ve changed the plugin to WP Mail SMTP, which at the end does the very same and our error disappeared.

Status is sent.

thanks for your quick response! We don’t use any email services or plugins that should affect the email delivery. But we have WooCommerce and WPML with several add ons running, including your add on for WooCommerce Emails.
