In reply to: [Change Quantity on Checkout for WooCommerce] Latest Version Breaks CheckoutSame here – it totally broke our site during peak sale period. We’re also on latest versions of everything + salient.
Thanks for the quick reply!
Understood – It’s just strange that the redirect only starting happening when I turned on the Facebook tracking.
Atleast I can rule one thing out though.
Thanks again for the help.
Thanks for getting back to me!
So if it’s showing ‘WARNING’ in the dashboard – does this mean it’s warning that this PHP Logs sending isn’t working – or that there’s issues on the site?

In reply to: [Cache Enabler] Problems with Webp DisplayingI just tried it again – And it’s not working. Maybe it’s a theme Issue?
I’m currently using Salient (ThemeNectar) I’ve setup a test page on a brand new installation with only images on the pageYou can see it here:

In reply to: [Cache Enabler] Problems with Webp DisplayingI haven’t tested that yet – I’ll attempt that tomorrow morning.
So without activating the <Picture> tag – the Caching plugin replacing images to .webp? That’s strange.
I’ll strip everything out and work from the start again to see what’s wrong – Thanks for your help so far!

In reply to: [Cache Enabler] Problems with Webp DisplayingThanks for getting back to me!
It creates .webp images – but they’ll only displayed if I select; Generate WebP markup (within the Shortpixel plugin itself)
Each
will be replaced with a <picture> tag that will also provide the WebP image as a choice for browsers that support it. Also loads the picturefill.js for browsers that don’t support the <picture> tag. You don’t need to activate this if you’re using the Cache Enabler plugin because your WebP images are already handled by this plugin. Please make a test before using this option, as if the styles that your theme is using rely on the position of your
tag, you might experience display problems.
It says it should work with cache plugin – but if this selection isn’t active, then nothing happens sitewide with webp!
Thank you for removing my full details.
Firstly, I find it incredibly distasteful and rather childish that you would post my full name on an open forums.
But aside from that, I did state that there was an apology and got a full refund, I did also state that the license was left open on the account so I thought I’d try again. I also stated it doesn’t work with visual composer.
And On a further side note I also stated it could be a useful bit of kit.So I clearly didn’t try to hide the facts or deceive with the review.
And let me state now, that a refund is really beside the point, I would have much rather have paid and got the software that was being advertised and not had months of my time wasted.
Where we differ in opinion is obviously the level of support that was provided, what a ‘considerable amount of time’ is and what is deemed exceptable from a product.
Though there was an admission of the poor level of support, as I was provided with an apology at the time of the refund for the fact that the staff dropped the ball on my case, and the fact I was told by you, that you would be looking into where the support staff had gone wrong.
You are correct that I created an account for the purpose of writing a review.
To simply warn warn others of the bad support. Now I admit that the accusation of paid reviews may have gone too far,
but the fact is, the support is still well below subpar taking days and days to reply, and with replies not always paying attention to the initial question.I’m not doubting that your an established company with a good community, I think you just need to work out a few integral issues with your support system.
