Now if you see my website I have enabled Photon but image shows smaller than it is 475px × 204px but original image is 700×300 px

I am resizing some images in WordPress editor, but after resizing, if photon is enabled it won’t show the re-sized image it is only showing the original size of the image. I also have another WordPress site, in that website when I re-size it it crops image.

most of the times when you open lots of pages from your blog it happens, but if you closed all the tabs and still you have the problem try to deactivate all of your plugins, go to file manager in your hosting account then rename your plugins folder to plugins-old, then log into your wordpress and search for plugins affecting your site
