I have been checking and seems that your theme is applying some CSS rules in the magnifier gallery images. In order to solve it, please, try adding the following CSS to your theme in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS:

div.thumbnails.slider .yith_magnifier_gallery li.yith_magnifier_thumbnail a.yith_magnifier_thumbnail {
    width: 100px !important;
}

Yes. This is the intended behavior of the plugin. I mean, WooCommerce doesn’t treat as a discount the difference between the regular price and the sale price.

The discount is shown, for example, when a coupon is applied and used in the order.

Yes. In order to create an affiliate, the user should have a registered account, even if you create manually from the backend or the customer tries to register as an affiliate using the registration form.
