I’m happy it helped to you.

As I said, the Brave Browser were blocking the Screen Options Tab but also the Product Data! I didn’t know it… I thought there were a worst error or critical one.

Thank you for your help and I hope it serves to other people that have the same error as me!!

SOLUTION:

Brave Browser were locking some actions, better try to use Safari or Chrome Browsers.

I solved the problem “Screen Options”!

I was working with Brave Browser but I tried with Safari and it works!!!!
I think for sure that Brave blocks it and makes it not work anymore, hope it helps to you.
