Further, I have visited your domain, and I am unable to see any ads on your domain.

This is usually due to the problematic CSS/JS files, you have to exclude the problematic CSS/JS files from the optimization process.

Could you please try going to LiteSpeed Cache > Page Optimization > JS Settings > Load JS Deferred, set it to OFF and then do a Purge all action from LiteSpeed hover?

Unfortunately, you can’t set any time-out for delayed JavaScript in LiteSpeed cache plugin.

Once you set Load JS Deferred to Delayed, then it will load the JS when it detects user activity (like a key click or mouse pointer movement).

You can check using the Developer tools > Network > img

Please check all the pages and you will see that images that are optimized are showing as webp.

And, for the images that are showing as PNG, JPEG is because the WebP version is not generated as it does not provide any noticeable optimization.

As I can see all the images are already optimized and optimized images are loading fine on your website.
Once you upload new images in Media Library then image optimization will send new request (make sure to set Auto request and Auto Pull to ON).

Please also note that when the WebP format does not offer any significant reduction in file size compared to the original JPEG or PNG counterparts. In such cases, the WebP version is not generated as it does not provide any noticeable optimization.
