What do the numbers mean?

I can see the pairs of old url and new url, but the numbers don’t match. E.g.
s:84:”…”;
s:84:”…”;

s:84:”…”;
s:79:”…”;

s:76:”…”;
s:81:”…”;

I’m hoping to manually update the table instead of paying $99 to have it done during a migration.
