Sorry for trouble. Yeah it helped and my problem has been fixed. I had to uncomment the line LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so

Users of WAMP (Windows): Some versions of WAMP (all versions?) do not enable mod_rewrite or permit following SymLinks by default. To enable the required functionality navigate to the apache/conf/httpd.conf file, open with a text editor and uncomment the line LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so (i.e., delete the hash/pound sign at the front of the line). Then further down in the same file there is a section that starts with the line “Options FollowSymlinks”. Change the second line in that section from “AllowOverride none” to AllowOverride all. Save edited httpd.conf and restart all WAMP modules. Your permalinks should now work.

(It was already AllowOverride all, so I didn’t need to change the second part. Hope that helps to others too. It might be problem with wamp as I had to change wamp settings not plugins. Anyway thanks for reply..

i have tried many times but i always get error! there might be error on procedure..

what i do is i export database from website and create a new databse in phpmyadmin inlocalhost and install wordpress in that databse and try to import database..

So when i get chance is it better to download from mysql database?And i think it can be restored even when site is destroyed..

No i can’t open control panel also.. so i can’t access FTP. sometimes i get a chance to open it without error and after a moment it again says: Sorry for the inconvenience! The filesystem mounted at /home/technepa on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

such text is displayed only in dashboard while installing new plugin and when i refresh it still works..no thing is affected in the website and heading is also displayed…so can i leave it? or it needs to be fixed?

when i read that FAQ it says remove that white space(it means blank space yep??).when i downloaded that file i opened in komodo edit and i couldn’t see such space in line 135.i am new to web technology..and when i will rename that file by adding old then will that plugin work or not? and one thing is that such weird popups only while installing new plugins but also newly installed plugin works and i don’t see any effects on my site

what problems can it cause?

well if i will change et-shortcodes to et-shortcodes-OLD then i won’t be able to use that plugin…and one thing is that it displays only when other plugin is installed.but also everything runs ok..so what should i do?
