  • I tried and find a workaround.
    I will check for cookie and if everything is ok then I will allow to pass through else I will re-direct it to wp-login.php with a hidden field “redirect_to” containing the current URL.
    Now how can I read and check for cookies the right way? I can do that but is there anything that I need to know about WP in this regard.

    Also I lost control of bbPress dashboard. It doesn’t appear anymore with the profile page link. When I try to access it by typing /bb-admin/ then it will redirect me to the forum’s main page.

    One more thing. When I login using bbPress, it reflects on WP meta widget but when I try to access WP dashboard it asks for login information. That means I am not logged in. I think the WP is not checking the cookie correctly or bbPress is not setting cookie the right way.

    Meanwhile I will try a WP plugin to let it communicate with bbPress instead of using a bbPress plugin as above.
