Hello @kampot888!
I hope you are doing well today!
FluentCRM does not offer built-in compatibility with Polylang. The plugin is not designed to support multilingual content in the way Polylang manages it. However, FluentCRM is translatable using Loco Translate, which allows you to customize language strings within the plugin.
If you need multilingual email campaigns or automations, a workaround would be to create separate email sequences and automation funnels for different languages, manually segmenting contacts based on their preferred language.
Let us know if you need further assistance!

You can only personalize the email using SmartCodes, but dynamic content as requested isn’t supported at this time. I’ll pass your suggestion to our team for future consideration.

To change the background color of the Email field to grey (#808080) while keeping the text white, you can adjust the styling under Email Style Settings. Here’s the related documentation: Email Styling Settings
Additionally, to modify the checked state color of the Terms & Agreement checkbox to grey (#808080), follow these steps in Fluent Forms > Go to Preview & Design > Navigate to General > Choose Forms Style Template – Custom (Advanced Customization) >
> Locate Radio & Checkbox Style and adjust accordingly.
For a detailed walkthrough, check this guide: Fluent Forms Global Styler – Radio & Checkbox<span style=”box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;”>If you have any Fluent Forms-related q</span>uestions, you can ask them on the?Fluent Forms support forum?or reach out to us?here.?
Best regards,
AshikHi Pieter,
I hope you’re doing well today!
FluentCRM uses the base currency set in WooCommerce, so all order amounts are recorded in that currency. Unfortunately, there is no code snippet or solution available to enable multi-currency support within FluentCRM at this time.
However, you can submit a feature request [here]. Our team will review it and forward it to R&D for consideration.
Let us know if you have any other questions!

We are really apologize for the delayed response. I hope you are doing well today!
We are happy to consider this a feature request so that the detail Merge Tags displays the data when an email is sent to a customer or a custom recipient. However, I cannot guarantee the implementation or provide an ETA. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
In the meantime, let us know if you have any further questions. You can also reach out here.Kind Regards,

We always try to improve FluentCRM to meet users’ needs and requirements. Since FluentCRM WooCommerce Triggers doesn’t offer a link to the checkout/payment page, we are happy to consider this a feature request. However, I cannot guarantee the implementation or provide an ETA. We truly appreciate your understanding and patience.
However, the Abandoned Cart trigger has a recovery URL that links to the checkout page. If you use the Abandoned Cart feature, you can link it to this page. Otherwise, this is not available for other Woo Automations.
I appreciate your understanding. You can also submit a feature request?here.?We will review it and forward it to our R&D.?</span>

Hello @pitzputz,
We apologize for the delayed response and appreciate your understanding and patience.
What do I put as values in delay?
You must set the value relative to the starting point, not the last email. Unfortunately, FluentCRM does not currently allow you to set the delay relative to the previous email.
So, set the delay value to 17 minutes for the first email and 30 minutes after the starting point for the second email.
Additionally, we recommend setting the server cron to run every minute. If your hosting doesn’t allow this, then you can set it to run every 5 minutes at least. This will help the emails to be sent out timely.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hello @kampot888,
We sincerely apologize for the delayed response and truly appreciate your patience.
In FluentCRM, there is a “New User Signup” trigger that activates when a new user signs up. To send the username, email, and password reset URL to the user after signing up, you can utilize this trigger. Please set up an automation using this trigger and add a Custom Email action including necessary shortcodes to personalize the email.
Here are some useful shortcodes you can use in the Email action:
1. {{wp_user.display_name}}: Displays the user’s display name.
2. {{wp_user.user_login}}: Displays the user’s login name.
3. {{wp_user.password_reset_url}}: Generates a password reset URL.
4. {{wp_user.meta.META_KEY}}: Retrieves custom meta fields associated with the user (replace META_KEY with the actual key).
Please let us know if you have further questions. You can also contact our support by creating a ticket.

Ashikur RahmanHello @an0nbr,
We sincerely apologize for the delayed response and truly appreciate your patience.
It seems you’re using the Birthday Automation trigger. Please note that this specific trigger activates only when the current date matches the Birth Date of the contact. Simply adding a birthday or running scheduled tasks manually won’t initiate the automation: it’s designed to work automatically on the contact’s actual birthday. And, if the server cron is enabled, the cron will trigger the automation on time; so you don’t need to run the scheduled task manually.
For testing purposes or initiate the automation for any other purpose, you can manually trigger the Birthday Automation, directly from the Contacts Dashboard. However, please know that the automation itself will always execute automatically on the respective birthdays of your contacts. No other automatization can be possible.
Let us know if you have any further question, we’re here to help!

AshikHello @an0nbr,
Thanks for your feedback! Currently, FluentCRM automation doesn’t have any “Cancel Button” to cancel all the pending emails. But your feedback is valuable to us! I have noted this as a feature request and will forward it to our R&D team for further consideration. However, we cannot provide the ETA for this. I appreciate your understanding and patience on this matter.
In the meantime, if you have any further questions, kindly let us know.
