I am getting similar error my, php version of my site is 5.6.4.
also some id’s are repeating multiple times.
is there any solution for this.

its 5.3 is there any way to fix this issue on version 5.3

But its also showing even when i disabled plugin.

HI,
The problem was lightbox was not working on small images. it was working fine for large images.
when I was clicking on small images it was showing me black background.
anyways I installed some third party plugin for lightbox and slider so it worked fine.
