Sorry, this requirement is not possible.

You can add HTML tags in the paragraph field. The content area of the paragraph field can accept HTML elements. But it is not possible to show the HTML tags in the way you asked.

Have you appended a form to the product? Or have you appended the form to a category that the product belongs to? Unless any of this, the product won’t show the form.

And also you have to add a regular price for the product and there must be an add to cart button on the product page. There are the requirements for showing a form on the product page.

Please confirm whether or not you have completed all these requirements.

Yes, we have a password field option.
You can try to change the type to Password from the Text fields on both the Free and Pro version. In free, it is at the bottom, and in pro it is at the advanced tab.
