It was perfect when it was before as we can’t send the customers.

When uses are sending email it is coming to my email’s “sent” folder instead of “inbox”(It is admin email set in contact form 7). My admin email is using gsuite.

Sorry for late. I have checked the recipient’s email in woocommerce and contact form 7 and those are ok. I don’t understand what more to check. Any suggestion? I have set up the same plugin for other two sites and it works great in there with gsuite. But for this one it doesn’t work. Please let me know if you think is the cause. By the way, this site has a different theme and hosting. Changing hosting or theme may solve the issue?

We are using gsuite and WP Mail SMTP plugins to other 2 of our sites. Other 2 are ok, but problem with this one. I have compared gsuite settings with other 2 and settings are same.
Actually if i send direct email to that gsuite email then it goes to “inbox”, but when email goes from woocommerce or contact form 7 then it goes to “sent” folder and it is in read condition. (email should be unread first).

Please let me know for any more idea.

Sorry for late reply. I have tested the email from WPMailSMTP > Email Test and it also sends email to “Sent” folder instead of “Inbox”.

If i send email to that email from regular email it works and send in “Inbox” (so email set up is ok), but when i get an email from woocommerce notification or contact form 7 (actually all emails from the site) it sends to “Sent” folder instead of “Inbox”.

Please also include so that we can see the user based sale report from reports tab. Like if we have more that one sale point and we can use seperate user for each of those salepoint to findout sales of each point separately.
