To help show the behaviour we see, please view this brief video cast that shows what happens when we test this in TwentyFifteen theme: https://screencast.com/t/rD7d0WGNfLw

We’re happy to provide WP and FTP access if this can help resolve the issue.

Sorry for the delay, for some reason WP is not notifying me on updates.

I’ve tried this with and without default WP themes, and it doesn’t seem to work for us. I’ve also tried this as a guest and in multiple browsers.

Are there any further updates to this?

Great thanks for that. As we’re frequent orders where people are selecting “local pick up” when they aren’t local, we need a work around for this asap.

Is there any code change your developers can recommend so we can work around this in the meantime?

    (@ashkas)

Also I test this by changing to TwentyFifteen theme, and the issue continued.

    (@ashkas)

So I’ve investigated this further and noticed that there’s a function in jigoshop_shipping.class.php for dealing with exactly this (that is, preventing local pick up from being the default selection).

    This is on lines 240 – 274.

It appears that this is a bug, as it is not working. I tried changing shipping method from Australia Post to Flat Rate, and local pick up was still continued as the default selection.

    Can this please be investigated?

Can you please again reply to my email to support. This issue was not resolved last time (when the site was in development) and means that customers who update their cart, now experience a fatal error.

Ever work out an answer to this?

I can confirm that this is still a problem. I have the correct billing country set in “Settings”, and it does not matter if I try Stripe on its own or Paypal on its own, the same error comes up.

Hi guys, thanks for the continued updates on this. I haven’t been able to follow this up on my end as I’ve been held up by another critical error on the cart that has shut down our Jigoshop development while we have been in development. Have been working with Olaf on this one.

I might have a way to test this now though, so will provide an update shortly.

What kind of system information should I provide? The hosting environment?

It’s on Siteground GoGeek, which is a premium level shared hosting environment.

I can’t turn on any debugging logs for Jigoshop, as well I can’t activate anymore without a causing critical error.

I get the feeling I need to provide login details to your support staff in order to investigate this properly.

Is there an email I can contact?

Sorry I should have added this to my initial post – I tried switching to TwentyFourteen but the same issue occurred.

@chsxf we’re seeing a problem with mqTranslate and ACF, where attempting to save ACF fields on a user profile does not work, after clicking on a language tab.

    It results in no action.

@chsxf Is there any ETA on when mqTranslate will be updated to address this bug?

    Had any luck with this?

Have recently run into the same problem. The date archives did work, but after some server troubles and some changes to the functions file, daily archives started getting 404 (monthly and yearly are fine). Reverting the functions file to what it was before this issue started, did not resolve this.

No amount of rewrite rule flushing and permalink saving is fixing this issue. Bizarrely it works in our local MAMP environment still, just not on the live server. Also, works fine for 1 date, but no others.
