@photocrati – I have the site uploaded to a dev area. Below I have suplied you with links to the site so you can see what is happening…

Link 2 is the one which works, and link 1 is the one that doesnt work. I inserted it via shortcode and via the green box but it still didn’t work.

@photocrati – I am using the advanced custom fields plugin which I use the green button to select the thumbnails and the gallery name. This worked using the “Posts” post type. However I can’t seem to get it to work using custom post types. I currently have it tested locally so I am going to chuck it on a test area for you to see the difference.
